What You'll Do

• Define and communicate a clear experience vision, principles, and strategic roadmap with Product and Engineering teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional discovery and decision-making through workshops and working sessions.
• Influence problem framing, success metrics, and scope using qualitative insights and quantitative signals.
• Design hands-on: create flows, interaction models, UI, and prototypes that simplify complex concepts.
• Translate constraints into consumer-grade experiences that build trust.
• Plan and guide research, synthesize findings, and drive decisions based on user insights.
• Evolve and govern the design system to ensure quality and scalability.
• Mentor designers to enhance their craft and consistency.
• Lead an AI-forward design practice by utilizing AI tools to improve design processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products in a product or tech company.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to simplify complex information.
• Proficient in interaction and visual design, with experience in design systems.
• Demonstrated use of AI in design practice and ability to mentor others.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation skills to drive clarity and alignment.
• Experience combining qualitative research with quantitative data to measure impact.
• Commitment to accessibility and inclusive design.
