About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Office Coordinator / Manager to join our team remotely. This role is essential in advancing the organization’s mission by ensuring the effectiveness of executive leadership, Board governance, and foundation relations.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Trustees, managing all Board and Committee operations.
  • Coordinate and prepare for Board meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.
  • Support the President & CEO with high-level administrative tasks and strategic relationships.
  • Research and coordinate institutional grants and foundation partnerships.
  • Maintain a comprehensive grants calendar and ensure timely reporting and compliance.
  • Draft and edit proposals, letters of inquiry, and reports for funding opportunities.
  • Exercise discretion in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Engage in community outreach and represent the organization positively.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in a similar role with a focus on executive support.
