About the Role
We are seeking an Executive Office Coordinator / Manager to join our team remotely. This role is essential in advancing the organization’s mission by ensuring the effectiveness of executive leadership, Board governance, and foundation relations.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Trustees, managing all Board and Committee operations.
- Coordinate and prepare for Board meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.
- Support the President & CEO with high-level administrative tasks and strategic relationships.
- Research and coordinate institutional grants and foundation partnerships.
- Maintain a comprehensive grants calendar and ensure timely reporting and compliance.
- Draft and edit proposals, letters of inquiry, and reports for funding opportunities.
- Exercise discretion in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
- Engage in community outreach and represent the organization positively.
