About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Operations Manager remote to lead the delivery of group bookings, private events, and venue programming across our hotel. As an Events Operations Manager remote, you will ensure a consistent and high-quality approach to event execution in all areas.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, lead, and coordinate all event operations across the hotel, including 77 and Wellness areas.
  • Translate confirmed bookings into detailed operational plans, run sheets, and event briefs.
  • Coordinate across multiple departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Oversee event set-up, live execution, and breakdown across all venues.
  • Manage live operations, ensuring service flow, guest movement, and timings are controlled.
  • Act as the primary operational contact during events, resolving issues as they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Conduct post-event reviews, identifying improvements to process and delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working across multiple departments.
  • Proven ability to manage live event operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership with a hands-on and collaborative approach.
  • High attention to detail and structured approach to planning and execution.
  • Calm and professional under pressure.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in luxury or lifestyle hotel environments.
  • Knowledge of event management software.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
