EUC Engineer - Remote Opportunity at S&W

About the Role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an EUC Engineer remote position at S&W, one of the UK’s fastest-growing accountancy firms. In this role, you will provide essential support for cloud-based applications and services, ensuring that our clients receive innovative solutions tailored to their needs. As an EUC Engineer remote, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our IT infrastructure, allowing teams to build their applications faster and more efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day technical support for a range of M365 applications and services, including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Utilize Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune deployment systems for effective management.
• Troubleshoot and support conference devices, including Poly MTR devices.
• Deliver 3rd line escalation support from down-level support teams.
• Document all support activity within the IT Incident and Change Management tracking tool.
• Support the remediation of missing patches and vulnerabilities in the End User Computing estate.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a 2nd or 3rd line Support Engineer or Cloud Specialist in a medium to large organization.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment with On-prem Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Proficiency in using PowerShell for automating tasks within M365 and developing reusable scripts.
• Strong knowledge of maintaining a robust security posture using Enterprise Security and Mobility Management.
• Experience in managing a user environment of 2500+ users.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Experience with cloud technologies beyond M365.
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate).
