What You'll Do

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify functional, usability, and performance issues.
• Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements.
• Execute various types of testing including functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing.
• Log, track, and manage defects using defect tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and analysts to ensure complete test coverage.
• Prepare and share test execution reports and quality status updates with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, testing processes, and best practices.
• Support release cycles by validating builds before deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of experience in manual QA testing.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or TestRail.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
