About the Role

We’re looking for a hardworking, driven individual to join us as an Enterprise Account Executive remote. This role focuses on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in significant revenue growth and new customer acquisition.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline as an Enterprise Account Executive remote.
  • Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users.
  • Build strong and effective relationships that result in growth opportunities.
  • Partner with our Solution Architects and collaborate closely with the Professional Services team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partners to maximize deal sizes.
  • Participate in our sales enablement trainings, including comprehensive Sales Bootcamp and sophisticated sales training programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced, competitive market with a focus on closing net new logos.
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and manage a complex sales process.
  • A proven track record of overachievement in hitting sales targets.
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
  • Skilled in building business champions and relationships.
  • Fluent in English and must reside in the territory.

Nice to Have

  • Passion for growing your career in the largest market in software (database).
  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).
  • Familiarity with databases, development, and open-source technology.
