Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong grammatical accuracy.
  • Comfortable with structured tasks and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Experience in AI or technology-related fields is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexibly, committing 10 to 20 hours per week.
