What You'll Do

• Lead and develop engineering teams within the Sports Business Unit, focusing on sports betting content and functionality.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure high standards in deliverables.
• Promote agile methodologies and continuously seek improvements in development processes.

Requirements

• Strong experience in the betting/trading domain.
• Proficiency in C# / .NET for building scalable, high-load backend systems.
• Experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Solid knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka).
• Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, including performance tuning.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.
• Experience with observability tools (APM, logging, tracing).
• Previous experience mentoring or leading engineers.
