About the Role

We are seeking an Employee Relations & Compliance Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with U.S. employment laws and fostering a positive workplace culture. As an Employee Relations & Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and implementing HR best practices.

What You'll Do

  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on HR best practices and compliance.
  • Collaborate with management to implement effective people policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in employee relations or HR compliance.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
