• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate email marketing with paid marketing, PR, and organic tactics.
• Analyze email performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness to key stakeholders.
• Map and maintain email nurture journeys, ensuring timely delivery to the right audiences.
• Comply with CAN-SPAM and CCPA guidelines to maintain a clean email list.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content and improve deliverability rates.
• Manage software updates and sender profiles to enhance email performance.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align on shared business goals and foster a culture of learning.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing or a related field.
• Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, and SMS coding.
• Experience with email service providers and campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills with familiarity in Google Analytics 4 and Tableau.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
