Email Marketing Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist remote to join our dynamic team at QGenda. This role is pivotal in driving our email marketing initiatives and optimizing our campaigns to enhance engagement and conversion rates. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with various teams to ensure our messaging resonates with our audience and aligns with our strategic goals.

What You'll Do

• Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns in Marketo, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Create and manage smart lists, segmentation, and dynamic content to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Support the development and execution of nurture programs and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with content and digital teams to align messaging and targeting strategies.
• Proactively develop and execute A/B tests, documenting learnings and recommending next steps.
• Analyze campaign and lifecycle performance, identify trends, and bring forward recommendations to improve engagement and conversion.
• Maintain database hygiene and ensure compliance with email best practices.
• Troubleshoot campaign issues to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on email marketing experience, with direct experience executing campaigns in Marketo (required).
• Strong QA skills and attention to detail to launch campaigns accurately and on time.
• Foundational understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience supporting nurture programs and triggered campaigns.
• Comfortable reviewing campaign metrics and identifying trends or areas for improvement.
• Understanding of deliverability basics and email compliance standards.
• Strong initiative, proactive, and willing to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort drawing insights from performance data.

Nice to Have

• Experience leveraging AI to enhance marketing productivity and customer personalization.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and practices.
