About the Role

We are seeking a VP of AI Transformation & GTM Strategy to join Ping Identity in a remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in transforming our marketing strategies through AI, ensuring that we operate at the next level of scale, intelligence, and impact. This position is not just about overseeing marketing; it's about redefining how we approach the market and establish Ping Identity as a leader in the Identity for AI category.

What You'll Do

• Define and scale Ping Identity’s Go-To-Market (GTM) narrative and architecture, ensuring alignment with sales plays and campaigns.
• Establish Ping as the category leader for Identity for AI through strategic messaging and positioning.
• Drive internal marketing advancements through AI-driven transformation and modern operating models.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Sales to create a unified narrative that resonates with our target audience.
• Lead the development of audience narratives, buyer personas, and industry-specific value propositions.
• Shape thought leadership in the Identity for AI space, translating technical innovations into compelling market narratives.
• Implement AI-driven capabilities across marketing operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Measure and report on the impact of AI adoption within marketing, focusing on speed, quality, and ROI.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, particularly in AI or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of Go-To-Market strategies and category leadership.
• Experience in developing and executing marketing narratives that drive market recognition.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Sales.
• Demonstrated success in leading AI-driven transformations within marketing organizations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Experience in measuring marketing performance and impact, particularly in AI contexts.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the cybersecurity or identity management sectors.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in marketing.
• Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
