Ecommerce CRO Expert - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce CRO Expert - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance the performance of our e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with ambitious brands to analyze customer behavior, implement data-driven strategies, and optimize landing pages to drive sales and improve user experience.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough analysis of e-commerce sites using tools like Google Analytics and A/B testing to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement conversion optimization strategies that align with business goals and enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and development to execute tests and iterate on findings.
• Utilize AI tools and customer feedback to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement in conversion rates.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing to ensure our strategies remain competitive.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce conversion rate optimization, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of Google Analytics and A/B testing methodologies.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a remote team.
• Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimize customer journeys.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and campaign coordination is a plus.
