DSAR & Legal Ops Specialist - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a DSAR & Legal Ops Specialist remote to join our innovative team at Leadfeeder. This role is pivotal in supporting our data subject rights operations and enhancing our legal processes. What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end handling of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), deletion requests, and data access queries in compliance with GDPR and applicable regulations.
• Continuously improve our DSAR intake, processing, and response workflows, focusing on reducing manual effort through automation.
• Identify and implement AI and automation tools to enhance accuracy, speed, and consistency across legal operations processes.
• Liaise with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Finance, and HR, to fulfill data requests and support cross-functional compliance.
• Assist the General Counsel with ad hoc legal operations tasks as required.

Requirements

• Experience in legal, paralegal, or in-house legal support roles, or in privacy, compliance, or data protection.
• Solid understanding of GDPR, data subject rights, and DSAR obligations.
• Genuine curiosity about AI-assisted workflows and legal tech, with a focus on operational value.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests with competing deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German (C1/C2).

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience handling DSARs at a SaaS or tech company.
• Background in data governance, data quality, or collaboration with engineering/product teams on data flows.
• Experience in building or improving legal ops processes from the ground up.
