Sustainability Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Sustainability Manager to join our team remotely. As a Sustainability Manager, you will lead strategic sustainable projects across our real estate assets, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards and enhancing energy efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Draft reports and proposals related to sustainability initiatives.
• Lead the execution and achievement of sustainability objectives for our assets.
• Prepare OPEX and CAPEX budgets aligned with sustainable strategies and asset needs.
• Develop and interpret Energy Efficiency Certificates.
• Stay updated on current sustainability regulations and energy efficiency standards.
• Prepare technical follow-up reports on sustainability projects.
• Apply project management principles to oversee construction projects, including organization, bidding, cost control, and execution timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• High proficiency in English (testing will be conducted).
• Valid driver's license.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Expertise in sustainability and energy efficiency within the real estate sector.
• Familiarity with CE3x, Cypetherm, and HULC tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience in managing sustainability projects in real estate.
• Certifications in sustainability or energy management.
• Knowledge of renewable energy systems.
