About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Strategic Workforce Planning to join our team in a remote capacity. What You'll Do
- Build and develop a high-performing workforce planning team.
- Establish standardized tools, frameworks, and methodologies to drive consistency and scalability.
- Design and execute long-term and short-term workforce strategies aligned with enterprise goals and transformation initiatives.
- Develop integrated workforce plans with clear strategic, operational, and financial objectives.
- Use advanced analytics and predictive modeling to surface emerging trends and workforce risks.
- Create optimized staffing models blending human talent, AI, and automation.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Technology, Operations, and business leaders to influence talent decisions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership through data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years in workforce planning, forecasting, or HR analytics, including leadership experience.
- 3+ years leading high-performing teams.
- Proven success developing multi-year workforce strategies and forecasts.
- Strong business acumen and an ability to anticipate future skill needs.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or related industries.
- Background in call center or sales workforce environments.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle.
- Experience with design thinking or agile methodologies.
- Expertise in human + AI workforce integration strategies.
