About the Role

We are looking for a Director of Strategic Workforce Planning to join our team in a remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide talent strategies that align with long-term business objectives. As a key player in shaping the workforce of the future, you will connect talent, technology, and business strategy while overseeing a team of workforce planning experts.

What You'll Do

• Build and develop a high-performing workforce planning team.
• Establish standardized tools, frameworks, and methodologies to drive consistency and scalability.
• Design and execute long-term and short-term workforce strategies aligned with enterprise goals and transformation initiatives.
• Develop integrated workforce plans with clear strategic, operational, and financial objectives.
• Use advanced analytics and predictive modeling to surface emerging trends and workforce risks.
• Create optimized staffing models blending human talent, AI, and automation.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Technology, Operations, and business leaders to influence talent decisions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership through data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years in workforce planning, forecasting, or HR analytics, including leadership experience.
• 3+ years leading high-performing teams.
• Proven success developing multi-year workforce strategies and forecasts.
• Strong business acumen and an ability to anticipate future skill needs.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services, insurance, or related industries.
• Background in call center or sales workforce environments.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle.
• Experience with design thinking or agile methodologies.
• Expertise in human + AI workforce integration strategies.
