Director of Sales & Marketing - Hybrid Opportunity

About the Role

Onefile Ltd, a Harris Computer company, is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to join our dynamic team. This Director of Sales & Marketing remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead our sales and marketing efforts while driving business growth in a hybrid working model based in Manchester.

What You'll Do

• Develop and monitor strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
• Drive and inspire the distributed Sales team and participate in gaining new market share.
• Establish sales territories, quotas, and stretch targets to maximize performance.
• Generate leads through all necessary channels and build a pipeline of potential prospects.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
• Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software sales.
• 3+ years of experience leading a sales team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional organizational ability, critical thinking skills, tenacity, and a willingness to appropriately accept risk.
• Flexibility to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences as needed.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the EdTech sector.
• Familiarity with learner management platforms.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth.
