About the Role

All God's Children International (AGCI) is seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Prospect Research - Remote to lead our fundraising efforts. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying prospects to enhance our mission of supporting children in need across the globe.

What You'll Do

• Lead prospect identification and pipeline development for fundraising initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive donor research and wealth assessments to inform strategic decisions.
• Translate complex donor data into actionable insights that drive fundraising success.
• Support capital campaigns and multi-year fundraising initiatives to maximize impact.
• Maintain data accuracy within donor databases, ensuring reliable information for decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with fundraisers and management to align strategies and goals.
• Occasional domestic and limited international travel may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in prospect research or fundraising.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively convey insights.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the nonprofit sector, particularly in child advocacy.
• Familiarity with various fundraising strategies and donor engagement techniques.
• Advanced project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives.
