• Leverage your experience in sourcing across GTM and business operations functions.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Prior full-cycle recruiting experience is a plus.
• Ability to engage and build relationships with passive talent.
• Proven track record of successful talent sourcing.
