Solution Consultant - Remote Position at RainFocus

About the Role

RainFocus is seeking a Solution Consultant - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive post-sale client implementations, consulting on platform configuration best practices, and educating clients on the RainFocus toolset. As a Solution Consultant, you will work closely with clients to implement our innovative software solutions, ensuring they achieve their business goals through effective event management strategies.

What You'll Do

• Work with clients to implement RainFocus software solutions.
• Train client admins on the RainFocus tools and best practices.
• Configure the RainFocus platform according to client needs.
• Identify business requirements and workflows to optimize client experiences.
• Facilitate system design workshops to gather requirements.
• Document requirements and solution designs for clarity and future reference.
• Communicate project updates and risks to managers effectively.
• Balance priorities across multiple assignments while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with a team to deliver innovative solutions that exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• 2-7+ years of software implementation experience, particularly in SaaS solutions.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and proven success in process design.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and JSON is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Japanese is required.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally up to 20% of the time.
