Director of Project Management - Oncology (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Project Management - Oncology to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will lead and oversee oncology project management initiatives, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management while adhering to GCP/ICH guidelines.
What You'll Do
- Lead the project management team to deliver high-quality oncology studies and clinical trials.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for clinical research projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all project activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Utilize your expertise in oncology and clinical research to guide project direction and decision-making.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
- Foster a supportive work environment that encourages professional development and team collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and insights on project status.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the oncology or clinical research field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex clinical trials and projects.
- Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
