About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Online Controlling to join our dynamic team at SIXT. This remote position offers you the opportunity to redefine mobility and play a crucial role in our online marketing strategy. You will be at the forefront of decision-making, transforming data into actionable insights that drive our business forward.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the financial partner for Online Marketing, overseeing planning, performance tracking, and efficiency measurement through KPIs like ROI and CPR.
  • Own and refine SIXT's revenue prediction model, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and real-world contexts.
  • Support the commercial performance of our Online and Partner business, tracking results and translating insights into profitable growth.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including Online & Performance Marketing, Yield Management, and Commercial Analytics to make complex analyses actionable.
  • Challenge assumptions and drive decisions by asking the right questions about marketing campaigns and customer acquisition costs.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Sales or Marketing Controlling, preferably in eCommerce or Online Controlling.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
  • Results-oriented and resilient, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and work streams.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Comfortable writing SQL queries and excited about working with AI tools like Claude, Copilot, and Cursor.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in consulting or a similar analytical role.
  • Familiarity with CRM and Revenue Management systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
