HR Generalist - Remote Position at Hashgraph

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join Hashgraph as a HR Generalist - Remote. In this role, you will manage core HR operations and enhance the employee experience within our dynamic software company dedicated to the development of Hedera, an open-source, proof-of-stake platform designed for enterprise and Web3 applications.

What You'll Do

• Manage onboarding processes, payroll, and benefits administration for a distributed workforce.
• Process multi-state US payroll accurately and compliantly.
• Administer employee benefits and maintain HR records.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and support a remote-first company culture.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows using technology and automation tools.
• Collaborate with managers on HR processes and policies to enhance employee experience.
• Utilize your expertise to support the integration of AI technologies in HR operations.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on employee engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with multi-state US payroll processing.
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration.
• Familiarity with automation tools and AI in HR.
• Strong attention to detail in managing HR processes.
• Must be U.S. based and authorized to work in the U.S.
