QA Lead - Remote Position at Tether Operations Limited

About the Role

We are seeking a QA Lead - Remote to join Tether Operations Limited, a leader in the digital finance revolution. What You'll Do

• Define and drive the QA strategy aligning with product and engineering objectives.
• Plan and manage testing activities across multiple projects.
• Mentor and guide QA Engineers in both manual and automated testing practices.
• Ensure quality governance and standards across all teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Oversee the test automation strategy and maintain automation frameworks.
• Manage test environments and data for consistency and reliability.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics and KPIs.
• Facilitate release readiness and risk assessment.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including both manual and automation testing.
• 3+ years of experience leading QA teams or managing QA processes.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, and NodeJS.
• Experience in test automation design and implementation (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Experience in native mobile test automation (e.g., Appium, Espresso).
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC/Agile practices.
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance testing tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.
• Knowledge of security testing practices.
