What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize cloud operations, focusing on AWS and Windows-based web services.
• Perform patching, deployments, and system updates to maintain operational continuity.
• Collaborate with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Enhance documentation and monitoring processes to improve efficiency.
• Utilize strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate tasks and streamline workflows.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry security standards and regulations.
• Support hybrid environments with Linux systems as needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in production environments, specifically managing Windows and MS SQL-based web services.
• Proficiency in AWS services, including EC2, S3, and IAM.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python are essential.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex networking issues effectively.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Linux systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry security and compliance.
• Previous experience in a DevOps role within a healthcare setting.
