About the Role

Join IMPaCT Care as a Grant Writing Consultant - Remote, where you will play a crucial role in transforming healthcare through community health worker initiatives. This position allows you to work from home while making a significant impact on health equity. As a Grant Writing Consultant, you will draft and submit grant proposals and government contract applications aimed at scaling community health worker initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Draft proposals, grant application narratives, and budgets to secure funding for community health programs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple states to ensure alignment and collaboration on grant submissions.
• Project manage the grant submission process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Commit to 5-15 hours per week from March to December 2026, contributing to impactful health initiatives.
• Utilize your expertise in public health grant writing to enhance the effectiveness of proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience with public health grant writing.
• Experience with federal and state agencies is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong project management capabilities.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with telehealth initiatives and their funding.
