About the Role

Maximus Health is on the lookout for a Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This Lead Software Engineer remote position is pivotal as we aim to optimize men's health through innovative telemedicine solutions. You will play a crucial role in managing the Growth engineering team, focusing on enhancing customer acquisition through technical leadership and experimentation.

What You'll Do

• Lead a small team of engineers while actively contributing to coding efforts.
• Enhance the customer acquisition funnel from signup to checkout.
• Utilize tools like Amplitude for A/B testing and data analysis.
• Work with technologies such as Ruby on Rails and React.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with product management and design teams.
• Participate in two-week sprints for effective project management.
• Contribute to the company's growth strategy by optimizing user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a team of engineers.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React.
• Experience with growth experiments in subscription products.
• Ability to design and analyze experiments effectively.
• Understanding of event-sourced systems and payment platform integrations.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
