What You'll Do

• Execute customer implementation projects based on design specifications.
• Provide solutions for performance and security.
• Translate business requirements into technical documentation.
• Utilize MS SQL Server and CaseWorthy ApBuilder™.
• Lead group projects and coordinate efforts among analysts.
• Master CaseWorthy functionality for informed design decisions.
• Achieve monthly output goals.
• Serve as an expert resource for Training and Customer Success.
• Communicate frequently with supervisors and teammates.
• Ability to travel nationwide up to 10% annually.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems.
• 2-3 years’ experience with Relational Database Management Systems.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience with SQL and/or technical support.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively with remote teams (preferred).
• Great time management skills (preferred).

Nice to Have

• Experience with customer support tools.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
