Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Director of AI Engineering or similar leadership role in AI and machine learning.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including large language models, generative AI, and cloud computing (preferably Azure).
  • Experience in software engineering, data architecture, and data governance.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and account management.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
