Director of AI Engineering - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of AI Engineering - Remote to lead our innovative AI initiatives. What You'll Do

- Drive the adoption of best practices in AI engineering, including data governance and MLOps.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on AI initiatives and client success strategies.
- Oversee the development of data pipelines and architecture to support AI applications.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Director of AI Engineering or similar leadership role in AI and machine learning.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including large language models, generative AI, and cloud computing (preferably Azure).
- Experience in software engineering, data architecture, and data governance.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in client-facing roles and account management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
