Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to work on a dynamic digital marketing project for high-value international customers. This Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist remote role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing online advertising strategies, with a strong emphasis on performance, data analysis, and measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Implement optimization solutions and strategies for a portfolio of high-value customers.
• Manage and optimize social media and search campaigns, primarily using Google Ads (Search, Mobile, YouTube).
• Create keyword packs, define bids, and budget suggestions to maximize performance.
• Analyze campaign data and trends to generate meaningful insights and performance reports.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• Language: Native or near-native Danish and good command of English.
• Experience: Minimum 12 months of hands-on experience in optimization of online ads (Google, Facebook, TikTok, or other digital marketing platforms).
• Solid Excel knowledge and strong analytical mindset.
• Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon and collaborate in an international environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Strong communication skills in a multicultural setting.

What We Offer

• Annual base salary: €23,000.
• Language premium bonus: €3,240/year (paid monthly).
• Meal allowance: €7.63 per workday (net, meal card).

• Yearly target bonus: 5% of yearly gross base salary.
