About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at 6sense. As a Digital Marketing Manager remote, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing strategies and optimizing our digital presence. Your expertise in digital strategy, conversion optimization, and analytics will be essential in supporting our marketing organization and driving pipeline growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize our WordPress website, ensuring high performance and user engagement.
  • Create custom landing pages and test various copy and layouts to maximize conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement best practices for custom landing pages supporting events and campaigns.
  • Utilize GA4 and similar tools to report on website performance and outcomes.
  • Work closely with the content team on AEO/SEO initiatives, including technical and content updates across the site.
  • Continually test and drive higher performance across the website.
  • Manage website personalization tools and AI agents to enhance user experience and maximize conversions.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with WordPress and website management, including building pages and analytics reporting.
  • Understanding of ABM technologies and how to execute effective campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO/AEO technical best practices.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with website personalization tools such as Trendemon or Mutiny.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Experience with attribution platforms.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Advertising and Google Ads.
