Digital Marketing Manager - D2C E-commerce (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager - D2C E-commerce (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Front Row Slovakia. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in digital marketing to drive growth and enhance the online presence of our clients. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing performance marketing strategies that focus on direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce. You will work closely with leading brands to accelerate their ecommerce growth, utilizing your skills in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics.
What You'll Do
- Manage client projects and ensure the delivery of quantifiable results through effective campaign management.
- Implement strategies across all Google Ads products, including Search Ads, Shopping Ads, PMax, YouTube, Display, and Discovery, as well as Meta Ads.
- Oversee media spending for large-scale international campaigns with the goal of achieving specific business objectives.
- Optimize marketing campaigns to align with clients' goals and enhance overall performance.
- Communicate and manage relationships with senior management from your client portfolio, providing regular updates and reports.
- Prepare comprehensive reports in various formats, such as PowerPoint and video, to help clients understand their digital marketing strategies.
- Participate in the growth of our D2C team, contributing to the development of marketing strategies based on client needs.
- Collaborate on the creation of internal wiki and external blog articles to share your expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing D2C e-commerce marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with Meta Ads and familiarity with various Google Ad products.
- Excellent communication skills in English (minimum level C1).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis and synthesis.
- A down-to-earth personality with a passion for digital marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience running paid campaigns on platforms like TikTok, Pinterest, or Reddit.
- Familiarity with Shopify.
