What You'll Do

• Coordinate and manage digital design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging visuals for social media, email campaigns, and website content.
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Creatopy to produce high-quality graphics and videos.
• Oversee project timelines and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills and professional growth.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for digital campaigns and content production.
• Monitor industry trends and implement best practices in digital design and marketing.
• Assist in the recruitment process for design team members as needed.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing your design work and creativity.

Nice to Have

• Experience in video editing and content creation.
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and construction design.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
