About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team at the Hiring International Academy. This Digital Advertising Specialist remote position is focused on managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, primarily utilizing Google Ads. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and driving results through effective advertising strategies.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, primarily Google Ads, ensuring they meet performance standards.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve results.
• Conduct keyword research, bid adjustments, and budget optimization to maximize ROI.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement in campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare basic performance reports and optimization insights for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support overall marketing goals and initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with Google Ads is required.
• Basic understanding of online advertising and performance marketing principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive campaign success.
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
• A valid EU ID or Residence Card for Portugal is mandatory.
