High-Net-Worth Client Relationship Manager - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced High-Net-Worth Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. In this remote position, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and expertise. This role offers the flexibility to work from home while also allowing for travel abroad for up to three months a year.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing personalized service and support.
- Utilize CRM tools, including Salesforce, to manage client interactions and track engagement.
- Conduct lifecycle marketing campaigns to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored investment products and services.
- Monitor client accounts for compliance with AML, CTF, and due diligence requirements.
- Provide insights and analysis on financial markets to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
- Engage in B2B sales activities, including prospecting and account management.
- Participate in networking events to expand the client base and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong communication skills in English and German.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Experience in lifecycle marketing and transaction monitoring.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment products.

- Experience in healthcare IT or data analysis.
- Familiarity with 401(k) plan administration and ADP/ACP testing.
- Previous experience in B2B sales.
