- Provide support for prior authorization reviews and appeals, leveraging your knowledge of healthcare data.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Python; experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, specifically in claims processing and data integrity.

- Familiarity with MDM software and financial modeling.
- Experience in a help desk or customer support role.
- Ability to communicate in Simplified Chinese.
