Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Python; experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, specifically in claims processing and data integrity.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with MDM software and financial modeling.
  • Experience in a help desk or customer support role.
  • Ability to communicate in Simplified Chinese.
