About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote RCM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the revenue cycle processes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and optimizing billing operations. As a Remote RCM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our financial performance while working in a supportive and flexible environment.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the full revenue cycle management process, from patient registration to claims submission.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal policies.
• Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and improve billing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and enhance customer service.
• Conduct document reviews and manage payroll processes effectively.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in revenue cycle management or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and claims management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Nice to Have

• Experience with B2B SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with Kyriba Treasury and Blackline Close Management.
• Knowledge of CPT coding and insurance claims processes.
