About the Role

We are seeking a Remote DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our cloud infrastructure while collaborating with development teams to implement best practices in DevOps. As a Remote DevOps Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the growth of our B2B SaaS platform.

What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using tools like AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software deployment processes.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle.
  • Utilize monitoring tools such as Prometheus to ensure system health and performance.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Pulumi.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack).
  • Knowledge of databases such as MongoDB and ClickHouse.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Ansible or similar configuration management tools.
  • Familiarity with IT support and helpdesk operations.
  • Knowledge of SQL and product analytics.
