About the Role

We're hiring a DevRel / Growth to join our dynamic team at Dev.fun. This remote position is perfect for someone who is passionate about building communities and fostering relationships within the AI and coding ecosystem. As a DevRel / Growth professional, you will be the face of Dev.fun, engaging with developers and creators who are eager to launch and monetize their AI applications.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary representative of Dev.fun in the AI builder community, both online and in-person.
  • Build and nurture relationships with developers, creators, and AI-native builders using tools like Cursor, Lovable, Replit, and Claude Code.
  • Engage with AI agent builders and facilitate human+agent workflows to drive innovation.
  • Bridge the gap between Web2 and Web3, simplifying complex crypto jargon for builders.
  • Test and optimize acquisition channels through hackathons, events, partnerships, and content collaborations.
  • Own the event strategy, including planning, partnerships, promotion, and execution.
  • Collaborate with Web2 AI communities to co-host and cross-promote events.
  • Shape Dev.fun's messaging and positioning to resonate with Web2 audiences.

Requirements

  • Experience shipping projects using AI tools like Cursor, Replit, and Lovable.
  • A proven track record of growing communities or developer programs.
  • Strong connections within the AI and coding communities.
  • A natural ability to network and build relationships with ease.
  • Familiarity with crypto culture and dynamics.

Nice to Have

  • Connections to the San Francisco tech and AI scene.
  • Experience in content creation, such as tweet threads and event recaps.
