About the Role
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Manager - Remote to lead our team in optimizing our cloud infrastructure and enhancing our deployment processes. In this role, you will oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud resources, and ensure the reliability and security of our systems. What You'll Do
- Lead the DevOps team in the design and implementation of scalable cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Manage CI/CD processes to streamline software delivery and improve deployment frequency.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
- Oversee system monitoring and performance tuning to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the DevOps lifecycle.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related fields, with a focus on cloud infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, along with experience in Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and practices, including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in team management and leadership roles.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
- Experience in implementing security measures in cloud environments.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
