About the Role

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Manager - Remote to lead our team in optimizing our cloud infrastructure and enhancing our deployment processes. In this role, you will oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud resources, and ensure the reliability and security of our systems. What You'll Do

  • Lead the DevOps team in the design and implementation of scalable cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Manage CI/CD processes to streamline software delivery and improve deployment frequency.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
  • Oversee system monitoring and performance tuning to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the DevOps lifecycle.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align DevOps initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related fields, with a focus on cloud infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, along with experience in Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and practices, including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in team management and leadership roles.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
  • Experience in implementing security measures in cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
