About the Role

We are seeking a talented DevOps Lead - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead our DevOps initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and deployment across cloud environments. You will be responsible for driving the adoption of best practices in CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud security.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the DevOps team in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, and Azure DevOps.
  • Design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and ARM templates to automate deployments.
  • Collaborate with development teams to enhance application performance and reliability.
  • Oversee incident resolution and ensure high availability of services.
  • Implement security best practices across all cloud environments and applications.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role, with a strong focus on cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Extensive experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services.
  • Experience with SAP technologies (SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI and data analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of SAP security and GRC.
  • Familiarity with CRM technologies like MSFT Dynamics.
