DevOps Engineer /​ SRE - Remote Position

About the Role

We’re Fundraise Up – a global fundraising platform built to make donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible to all. We are currently seeking a DevOps Engineer / SRE to join our team remotely. As a DevOps Engineer / SRE, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our infrastructure and operations, ensuring that our platform can handle the demands of our global users.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline our development processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system reliability and scalability.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across the full stack of our infrastructure.
• Utilize tools such as Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Participate in biweekly engineering forums to share insights and celebrate achievements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer / SRE or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js, MongoDB, and cloud services.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and logging frameworks.
• Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kafka and Redis.
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch and ClickHouse.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies like React and Vue.js.
