DevOps Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure Focus (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity across the EMEA region. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This position is perfect for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for building reliable, scalable, and secure systems.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development workflows.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling of applications to ensure high availability.
• Implement infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Collaborate with development teams to support release and deployment processes.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
• Apply security best practices across infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and Linux-based systems.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
