Deployment Engineer - Cloud-Native Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Deployment Engineer to join our innovative team at ng-voice, where you will play a crucial role in delivering cloud-native solutions. This Deployment Engineer remote position will allow you to work closely with our client deployment team, ensuring a seamless delivery of our cutting-edge telecommunications solutions.

What You'll Do

• Work within the Client Deployment Team to guarantee smooth delivery of solutions, including high-/low-level design and final technical deployment.
• Plan, prepare, and set up lab, test, and production environments for client and partnership deployments.
• Install and configure cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes.
• Focus on automation to enhance technical deployment processes and identify ways to speed up these processes.
• Maintain, monitor, administer, and update current deployments, ensuring the stability of solutions.
• Assist with incident management, providing 2nd-level support, error analysis, and classification.
• Coordinate customer requests and disseminate client information effectively.
• Unlock operational efficiency in deployment and support procedures.

Requirements

• Experience with Linux machines (setup, administration, operation).
• Familiarity with complex networking infrastructures, including routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancing techniques.
• Knowledge of telecommunications systems (4G, 5G, IMS).
• Hands-on experience in Kubernetes administration.
• Strong debugging and tracing skills (Wireshark).
• Fluency in English.

Nice To Have

• Understanding of virtualization and cloud computing.
• Knowledge of signaling standards and protocols such as SIP and Diameter.
• Experience with public cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
