What You'll Do

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
• Utilize tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to create visualizations and reports that communicate findings effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions that enhance decision-making processes.
• Ensure data integrity and hygiene through rigorous data processing and governance practices.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict future trends and performance metrics.
• Participate in ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Support the development of business intelligence initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.
• Provide training and support to team members on data-related tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience with data governance, GDPR compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey insights effectively.
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure and cloud-based data solutions.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for data presentation.
• Background in B2B marketing or sales support.
