About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team at lemlist, a leading sales engagement platform. You will play a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making and enhancing business performance.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-depth data analyses to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
• Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights.
• Monitor and ensure long-term data quality, accuracy, and consistency across analytics systems.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests from various business teams in a timely and reliable manner.
• Identify and propose new data-driven opportunities to enhance existing processes and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an Analytics position (Data Analyst or Analytics Engineer) in a fast-growing environment.
• Strong business orientation and communication skills with a genuine interest in all areas of the business (marketing, sales, product, ops).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with modern data stacks, including GCP suite (BigQuery), DBT core, and visualization tools (Holistics, Metabase, Looker).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent in French and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a B2B SaaS startup.
• Knowledge of general IT best practices, including maintainable and commented code, GitHub.
