Senior Solutions Consultant - Remote Role at Pegasystems

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team at Pegasystems. This Senior Solutions Consultant remote position allows you to work closely with our sales consulting team to drive digital transformation for our clients. You will collaborate with product managers, software developers, analysts, and business officers to ensure the successful execution of our sales strategy.

What You'll Do

• Present and demo solutions, listen to client needs, and create robust architectures.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to deliver world-class technical demonstrations.
• Help enterprise clients streamline critical operations and engage customers across multiple channels.
• Analyze key issues faced by global enterprises and evaluate how Pega's unique technology can drive meaningful improvements.
• Develop customer-specific solutions to complex problems and deliver POCs and custom demonstrations.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in client-facing roles such as pre-sales, consulting, or software application development.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or knowledge of Object-Oriented programming.
• Strategic thinker with strong communication skills to develop customer relationships.
• Experience in software development, project management, requirements engineering, and solution architecture.
• Proven track record of delivering solutions and selling enterprise software solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI technologies and their integration into business processes.
• Knowledge of industry trends in digital transformation.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
