What You'll Do

• Provide engineering oversight for a team of cyber systems engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality work products.
• Engage in career development, performance reviews, and mentoring for team members.
• Manage staffing and workload forecasting, recruiting new talent for various engineering positions.
• Support the development of cyber engineering requirements and system architecture.
• Perform Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and develop test plans through execution.
• Interface cross-functionally with product line organizations to enhance cyber protections.
• Conduct technical responsibilities for cyber systems engineering programs.
• Promote a culture of innovation and intellectual curiosity within your team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with at least 5 years of experience in cyber systems engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in systems engineering activities such as requirements engineering and systems integration.
• Proven leadership experience in an Agile environment.
• Current DoD 8570 IASAE II Certification (CISSP preferred) or ability to obtain it within six months.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

Nice to Have

• Experience with requirements management tools like DOORS.
• Familiarity with modeling tools such as Cameo Enterprise Architecture or MagicDraw.
• Experience in documenting Interface Control Documents and Interface Requirements Specifications.
