Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in customer success or technical support roles, preferably in the LegalTech or SaaS industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and experience with ticketing systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and feedback.
- Familiarity with legal drafting processes and software verification.
- Experience in quality assurance and testing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Passion for helping clients succeed and a desire to make a positive impact.
Nice to Have
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting client training sessions.
