Customer Success Representative - Remote Position
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Representative to join our team at SWARCO. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while providing exceptional support to our national and international clients. As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and finding the best solutions for our clients. What You'll Do
- Independently manage and advise our national and international customers.
- Handle inquiries and order processing with a high level of responsibility.
- Address complaints while adhering to the highest service and quality standards.
- Continuously follow up on offers and proactively communicate with customers.
- Create tailored offers based on customer needs.
- Coordinate production orders in collaboration with internal and external interfaces.
- Actively support logistics and dispatch (material management, shipping, customs, export, documentation).
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or equivalent experience.
- Professional experience in a similar position within an industrial environment.
- Good technical understanding and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Strong customer and service orientation complemented by excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in German and English, with additional European language skills (ideally French) preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the mobility solutions industry.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
